Departures

The Fine Print:

• An ABC member must occupy a double room. (In other words, any companions/guests must register as a companion/guest of an active ABC member.)
• Single rooms can only be occupied by a single ABC member.
• All registrants are responsible for scheduling and payment of travel to Verona, Italy to arrive on Sunday, December 12th in time to participate in welcome activities at 3:00 pm local time.
• All registrants and companions must have a valid US passport for travel.
• ABC members must attend all scheduled events in order to receive Destination Wedding Specialist designation and educational credit.
• Non-attendance at any scheduled event can result in billing/charges at market rates.
• Departures should be scheduled for Wednesday, December 15th unless additional nights are reserved and pre-paid for.   
• All registrants will provide confirmed travel itinerary and proof of passports to ABC Education by December 1, 2010 to coordinate arrival and departure transport.
• Please allow adequate time for international flight check-in, security, customs, and potential delays for layovers/connecting flights/transfers.

Payment and Cancellations:
Cancellations before November 15th will be refunded less a $50 administrative fee.  Cancellations/no-shows less than 30 days before the seminar cannot be refunded as we have ordered materials and given a guaranteed attendance. 

US members paying by check: check must be postmarked by early registration cutoff to be received prior to the seminar.  Checks should be made to: Association of Bridal Consultants - Education Department, 660 Neile Ct., Oviedo, FL 32765.  All registrations must be fully pre-paid by November 1st, 2010.

European members should scroll to the bottom of the regitration page and select "Pay by Check" or "Send Invoice" to pay in euros directly to Jennifer Stenjem, ABC European coordinator at abcitalia.jennifer@yahoo.it and to pay ABC Italia with a bank transfer.
